Description:
Mike Covington, age 27, served a short prison sentence for assaulting his girl friend. Immediately following his release, Covington reported to his Parole Office as per the release instructions. As seen in this video recording, almost immediately after his arrival Officer Winters instructed Covington to take off his pants and another Parolee Benjamin Gibson went and perform oral sex on him. Gibson was on Parole for a minor possession charge. During the meeting he later had anal sex with Covington.
